SUZIE CREEK ARABIANS is completely focused on the breeding of "Working westerns" arabians, arabians special for reining, working cowhorse or cutting. It is a must for all stud horses to prove their qualities first under saddle, before they are used for breeding, also the mares. Many of them are used for work purposes on the own ranch as well. The horses are all extremely athletic and have excellent minds. The offspring is started under saddle on the ranch before they are sent to well-known trainers.
Highlight of the stud farm is for certain the home-bred stallion SC BUCKAROO BAY, a U.S. National & multiple champion in Reining. By looking at his pedigree it is no surprise anymore that he is that successful: His sire DESPERADO V is for a long time well-known as producer of outstanding working westerns arabians in the USA, while most of his children also have halter quality as well. His dam BAY-TEZA is a daughter of the legendary RONTEZA, which once wrote history by winning under Sheila Varian 1961 the reined cowhorse class against well-known Quarter Horses in the Cow Horse Palace.
First descendants of Buckaroo Bay are already quite successful in reining.
